Neuromind Pro Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders of Neuromind Pro placed through the checkout on getneuromind.com and shipped by Getneuromind, USA Authorized Neuromind Retailer. It is issued by that desk and by the seller behind it.

It does not extend to bottles obtained from any other source. A purchase made through a marketplace listing, an auction site or a third-party reseller is governed by the returns terms of whoever accepted the payment for it, as the page on buying channels sets out.

Where this policy and any other statement on this website appear to differ, this page is the one that states the terms. The guarantee page explains the same arrangement in ordinary language and is not a substitute for it.

• All packs. The two, three and six-bottle orders are treated identically under this policy.
• Opened and unopened bottles. A bottle that has been opened and partly used remains eligible. Bottles that remain sealed are returned in the same consignment.
• The purchasing account. A refund is issued to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds are not issued to a third party or to a different card.
• One order at a time. Each order is authorised and processed separately, against its own order ID.
• The product price. The sum refunded is the amount charged for the pack, as listed on the pricing page. Costs incurred by the buyer in returning the goods are set out below.

The window is measured from purchase, not from dispatch and not from delivery. Transit time is therefore counted inside it.

A request is treated as made on the date the order desk is contacted, not the date the parcel is posted. Contacting the desk inside the window and posting shortly afterwards is the correct sequence, and the authorisation records the date.

Because transit falls inside the window, the date on the dispatch email is worth keeping alongside the order confirmation. The shipping page covers where that email comes from.

A return authorisation must be obtained from the order desk before any bottles are posted. It is issued against the order ID and supplies the current return address.

Bottles posted without an authorisation may be refused on delivery. A refused consignment is returned to the sender at the sender's expense, and no refund arises from it.

Requests are made by telephone on +1 (877) 257-0710 or in writing to [email protected]. [email protected] is the editorial address for this website; it holds no order records and cannot issue an authorisation.

• Cost. Return postage is paid by the buyer. It is not reimbursed and it is not deducted from the refund.
• Tracking. A tracked service is required in practice: proof of delivery to the return address is the buyer's evidence that the consignment arrived.
• Enclosure. The buyer's full name, the email address used at the checkout and the order ID are enclosed inside the parcel. A consignment carrying none of these cannot be matched to an order.
• Address. Returns are sent to 461 Fifth Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10017, USA, or to the address given on the authorisation if it differs.
• Packing. Any packaging sufficient to protect the bottles in the post is acceptable. Original outer packaging is not required.
• Risk. The consignment remains the buyer's responsibility until it is delivered to the return address.

Two distinct periods. The second is controlled by the buyer’s bank and is outside this desk’s control.

The refund is made to the payment method used for the original order. Where that method has expired or been closed, the buyer notifies the order desk at the time the authorisation is issued so that an alternative can be arranged.

No administrative charge or restocking fee is applied to a refund under this policy.

• Purchases made from any seller other than this desk, including marketplace and auction listings. Those are governed by the terms of the seller who took the payment.
• Requests first made after the 60-day window has closed.
• Consignments posted without a return authorisation and refused on delivery.
• Consignments that cannot be matched to an order because no name, email address or order ID was enclosed and no tracking evidence is available.
• Costs incurred by the buyer in returning goods, including postage, packaging and insurance.
• Products other than those supplied by this desk under the order being refunded.

Exclusions are stated so a buyer can avoid them, and each one has a corresponding step earlier on this page. The two that account for most difficulties are posting without an authorisation and enclosing no identifying details.

The editorial address holds no order records. Refund requests sent to it cannot be actioned and will delay a claim.

Telephone contact is recommended for any request made close to the end of the window, because the date of contact is recorded at the point of the call.

• The order confirmation email, which carries the order ID and the date of purchase.
• The return authorisation, and the date it was issued.
• The postage receipt and tracking number for the returned consignment.
• The delivery confirmation from the carrier.
• Any correspondence with the order desk, including the date of the first contact within the 60-day window.

These five documents between them establish the date of purchase, the date of the request, and the delivery of the goods, which is everything a refund under this policy turns on.

The window is set against the contents of the capsule. Caffeine acts the same day. Rhodiola has been studied over weeks. Bacopa was assessed only in trials of twelve weeks or longer, the anchoring trial running 300 mg a day of standardised extract for that period.

60 days therefore covers the fast half of the panel completely and the slow half partially. That is a statement about the length of the window and about nothing else.

This is a commercial returns policy. It sets out the circumstances in which the price paid for a pack is returned, and it does so without requiring a reason.

It makes no statement about the effect of the product. The claim on the label is the limit of what may be said about that: designed to support cognitive function and mental clarity. A refund window is not evidence of efficacy and is not offered as any.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that apply to the buyer's purchase under the law of their own jurisdiction.
